Cookie Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025 Last Updated: August 10, 2026 Version: 2.0

What Cookies Are

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device when you visit it. Cookies let the site recognise your browser on a later visit, so that you stay signed in, your preferences are remembered, and the site works the way you left it.

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies the Nadira website and web platform use, what each one does, how long it lasts, and how you can refuse or remove them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We do not use cookies to store card details. Card details are entered on the secure page of our payment gateway partner and are never written to a cookie or held on our servers.
02

Why We Use Cookies

  • To keep you signed in as you move between pages, and to sign you out safely when your session expires.
  • To protect your account against fraud and automated abuse.
  • To remember settings such as your language, currency display and billing view.
  • To understand which features are used and where people run into difficulty, so we can improve the platform.

We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell cookie data to anyone.

03

Cookies We Set

Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the platform to work. They cannot be switched off through our site, because without them you could not sign in or complete a payment. They include your session identifier, a security token that protects forms against cross-site request forgery, and a load-balancing cookie. Session cookies expire when you close your browser; the sign-in cookie lasts up to 30 days if you choose to stay signed in.

Preference cookies

These remember choices you have made, such as your display language and whether you have dismissed a notice. They typically last up to 12 months and can be refused without losing access to the platform.

Analytics cookies

These tell us how the platform is used in aggregate — which pages are visited, how long tasks take, and where errors occur. The data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. These cookies typically last up to 24 months and can be refused.

04

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by services we rely on rather than by us directly. These include our analytics provider, our payment gateway partner during the checkout step, and embedded content such as maps or video where present.

Nadira is not responsible for the privacy or cookie policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties, different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.

05

The Mobile App

The Nadira mobile application does not use browser cookies. It uses the equivalent device-based mechanisms — local secure storage for your session, and a device identifier for analytics and push notifications. You can reset the advertising or analytics identifier in your device settings, and you can turn off push notifications for the app at any time.

06

Managing Cookies

You can accept, refuse or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. The relevant option is usually found under Settings, then Privacy or Site data. Most browsers also offer a private or incognito mode that clears cookies when the window is closed.

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and completing payments. Blocking preference or analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the platform.

07

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our platform and the services we rely on change. The revised policy is posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
